GLE Rotterdam bv is part of the international operating GLE Group; a chain of workshops with highly professional, well-trained workshop staff/mechanics who execute (field) repair and maintenance of both trailers, trucks and dollies. GLE Group is the service provider of ICTS Group, an International trailer rental company, for which the total GLE Group performs 60% of all trailer work. GLE Group also performs (field) repair and services for external customers and third parties, in both the workshops and on location (field services).
Job description
To enhance our team of experienced mechanics, we are looking for a field services mechanic. You will work in a dynamic company where important values, such as working and growing together, are an essential part of the business. We are committed to one goal: optimal customer satisfaction.
You will be responsible for the repair of trailers and semi-trailers on-site at the quayside of Rotterdam (the Netherlands). You will execute inspections and repair by using a service van to perform your job in the field. You will become an essential part of our team. You will be working autonomously, but will also be supported by your colleagues when needed.
